Dinner and a Diva: Don Pasquale

Our next Dinner and a Diva, featuring music from Donizetti’s Don Pasquale, will be on both Tuesday, August 20th, and Thursday, August 22nd. Make reservations now to see performers from the Capitol City Opera Company sing between each course of a four-course gourmet meal.

Performing for you are Gus Godbee as Mr. Malatesta, Ivan Segovia as Don Pasquale, David Araujo as Ernesto, and Amy Smithwick as Norina. They will be accompanied by the company's musical director, Catherine Giel.

In addition to an evening of music, you'll enjoy a delicious fixed-price dinner paired with wine, leaving you with an evening to remember. Your dinner, beginning at 6:15 p.m., will include a sampling of premium hors d' oeuvres, fresh salad, choice of two gourmet entrees, decadent dessert, hot coffee/tea, and two glasses of fine wine, all for only $65 per person (tax included; gratuity separate). A third show has been added for Dinner and a Diva featuring music from Gershwin's Porgy and Bess: Wednesday, July 17! Make reservations for one of three evenings (Tuesday, July 16-Thursday, July 18) to see performers from the Capitol City Opera Company sing between each course of a four-course gourmet meal.

Performing for you are: André Peele as Porgy/Jake/Crown, Chamblee Graham as Bess/Clara/Serena, and Tim Parrot as Sportin Life/Jake/Crown. They will be accompanied by musical director, Catherine Giel.

Alliance Française d'Atlanta (AF) invites their member to join us for an evening of French conversation and sampling of French cuisine at their Dîner en Français on Wednesday, June 26th, from 7-9 p.m. The organizations’s Dîners en Français are designed for AF members to practice their French while enjoying a delicious French meal. Enjoy a three-course menu with a salad and choice of entree and dessert. The event costs $40 per person, and reservations must be made through AF.
