Closed for Christmas

We are closed all day and night on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24th, Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25th, and on Monday, December 26th. We will reopen on Tuesday, December 27th, and on Saturday, December 31st, we will host a special New Year's Eve event.  The event will feature live music and a six-course menu accompanied by wine and capped with a champagne toast. Call now for reservations. And don't forget, we move to our new location, 2948 Clairmont Road, NE., in January 2017! We will begin serving dinner there on Friday, January 6th.

Thanksgiving Dining

We are taking reservations now for Thanksgiving lunch and dinner. We are offering a four-course menu with choice of piping hot soup, fresh salad, gourmet entree, and decadent dessert for $29.95 to $42.95 per person. There is a traditional turkey plate with all the fixin's on the menu, as well as pumpkin and pecan pie dessert choices. But there are alternate selections like Grilled Filet Mignon, Roast Leg of Lamb, Filet of Beef Wellington, and Shrimp Scampi, too. Also available is a kids' menu with choice of soup or salad, entree, and dessert, for $9.95. We're seating from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call today, 404-634-6268, as space is limited and fills up quickly. Parking is Still Plentiful at Petite Auberge!

If you have been to the Toco Hills Shopping Center recently, you have seen that there are lots of changes taking place, besides just our upcoming move out of the current space. As the center is under new ownership, new stores are being built, old ones are leaving their spaces, and lots of construction is taking place. But, as we have said,we are still open, through new Year's Eve, December 31, 2016! When you visit us, please do not be intimidated by the parking situation in front of the restaurant (or, more accurately, lack thereof). There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the Toco Giant Package Store which brings you directly to the sidewalk where you can walk in front of the old shoe store to get to our front door. This construction will likely go on through the end of the month,and we will update you with news as we have it. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this exciting time of growth and change!

Dinner and a Diva

Dinner and a Diva this month, on Tues., Oct. 18, will bring you highlights from one of the most popular operas ever created, La bohème. Puccini’s masterpiece never fails to pull at your heartstrings with a story of love in its greatest form. In snowy Paris, six young, penniless artists are full of idealism and beauty, but they soon encounter the harsh realities of life. Diners may recognize this story from the musical Rent, which is loosely based on this timeless classic, and you may also have heard the music in the movie, Moonstruck.

This special event includes a multi-course wine dinner with entertainment from the Capitol City Opera company. This performance features: Mary Brooke Quarles, soprano; Tasha Posey, soprano; Khary Wilson, tenor; Scott Willis, baritone; and Ivan Segovia, baritone. The dinner includes hors d’ oeuvres, salad, choice of two entrees, dessert, coffee/tea, and two glasses of wine, for only $60 per person (tax included; gratuity separate). The performers from the Capitol City Opera Company sing between each course. Oktoberfest Dinner Menu

It's back!!! From Saturday, October 1 through Monday, October 31, we are offering our Oktoberfest Dinner Menu (click link to view), in additional to our regular dinner menu, featuring traditional German and Bavarian appetizers, entrees, sides and dessert. Prices range from $7.95 to $26.95. All entrees come with your choice of two sides. Enjoy this special menu for the last time in our current location!

20th Annual Oktoberfest Party

It's our favorite time of the year: Our 20th Annual Oktoberfest Party is on Saturday, October 22nd, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The party features a buffet of all-you-can-eat traditional German and Bavarian cuisine (served until 9 p.m.), plus one souvenir glass full of German draft beer (per person). Items on the buffet include: Bavarian pork roast, German sauerbraten, wiener schnitzel, knackwurst, bratwurst, fried trout, potato pancakes, dumplings, sauerkraut, spaetzle, wurst salad, red cabbage and homemade apple strudel. The lively event takes place in our banquet rooms, which are transformed into a Bavarian-style festival hall, and all seating is open. The event also boasts traditional “oompah” music by the famous polka party band Bavarian Express (which may even encourage the chicken dance, as in past years).
