Dinner and a Diva--Opera in Love, An Evening of the Greatest Opera Romances

Our next Dinner and a Diva installment, featuring Opera in Love, An Evening of the Greatest Opera Romances, will be held on Tuesday, February 21, the special event includes a multi-course wine dinner with entertainment from the Capitol City Opera Company. The dinner includes hors d’ oeuvres, salad, choice of two entrees, dessert, coffee/tea, and two glasses of wine, for only $60 per person (tax included; gratuity separate). 
 
The performers from the Capitol City Opera Company sing between each course. The show boasts selections from opera's most romantic scenes and arias—including several Dinner and a Diva audience favorites—performed by soprano Bryn Holdsworth, an Atlanta Opera Young Artist, and tenor Marc Porlier. They will be accompanied by pianist Catherine Giel. The evening begins at 6:15p.m. with a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres reception; dinner and performance start promptly at 7p.m. Reservations are required at 404 634-6268. 

Valentine's Day Special Five-Course Menu

Join us for a special prix fixe Valentine’s Daymenu on Tuesday, February 14, from 5:00 to 9:30p.m. The romantic  five-course meal costs just $59.95 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and offers a choice of gourmet hors d’oeuvres, piping-hot soup, fresh salad, premium entrée and decadent dessert, plus a complimentary rose for every lady and live entertainment throughout the evening. Restaurant Liquidation Sale

Due to our move to our new home, we are hosting a restaurant liquidation sale at our old Petite Auberge location, 2935 North Druid Hills Road. Join us this Saturday, January 28, from 10a.m.-2p.m. for this sale. We are clearing out kitchen equipment, small restaurant fixtures, and tables and chairs. Dinner and a Diva--The Magic Flute

Our first Dinner and a Diva event of 2017 will be held on Tuesday, January 17, featuring highlights of Mozart's The Magic Flute. This opera is a whimsical tale about a gallant young man attempting to save the love of his life from the clutches of her evil mother. Along the way he has the help of his faithful bird companion and a little magic! 

Performers this month are: sopranos Ericka Kristin Moye and Megan Mashburn; tenor Kirby Eicholtz; and baritone Wade Thomas. They will be accompanied by pianist and Capitol City Opera music director Catherine Giel.

Last Supper

Petite Auberge served its very last meal on December 31, 2016, after 42+ years in business in the Toco Hill Shopping Center. The meal was served to Susan Laird and her party, during our six-course, prix-fixe New Year's Eve dinner celebration. Petite Auberge is now Petite Violette and now located at 2948 Clairmont Road, NE. Come visit us for a first meal at our new home!
