It's time for Food Truck Tuesday at PDK Airport! We have some new menu items this week like Jerk Chicken Wings, Grilled Reuben Sandwich, and Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich. There's some old favorites too, like Risotto Fritters and Angus Bacon Cheddar Burgers. So join us at PDKEats from 11am-1:30pm for some fresh food!
The dinner special for this week is Lemon Poached Salmon featuring poached Salmon in Lemon Court Bouillon served with Carrot, Fingerling Potato, Pearl Onion and Celery Leaves, tossed in Beurre Monte, for $26.
This beautiful Cobb Salad serves as the lunch special for this week. This fresh dish is chock full of crispy lettuce, ripe tomatoes, creamy avocado, bacon bits, chopped egg, and grilled chicken. Enjoy it with the dressing of your choice, for just $14.
We're bringing out the Truck this Tuesday! Tomorrow, our Scratch Cuisine Food Truck will be out at Peachtree-Dekalb Airport (pdkeats.com) from 11am-1:30pm, serving up fresh eats and delicious dessert. Try this Chicken Philly featuring sautéed sliced chicken, green peppers, and onions on hoagie roll, topped with white cheese sauce. Or try our Chicken Mushroom Gruyere Crepe, Risotto Fritters, or one of our other sandwiches. Top it off with Chocolate Caramel Bread Pudding!
Our Scratch Cuisine Food Truck will be at the Peachtree-Dekalb Airport this Friday, June 5, from 11am to 1:30pm. Enjoy Flash Fried Brussel Sprouts, Angus Bacon Cheddar Burgers, Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches, Risotto Fritters, and other goodies. Plus, we’ll have our award-winning Chocolate Caramel Bread Pudding! We love to bring mobile food direct to the people.
These Salmon Croquettes are our Lunch Special for the week of June 1st. Lightly cured and smoked salmon breaded and deep fried over our house made tartar sauce with pickled mustard seeds. Served with a mixed green salad topped with buttermilk dill dressing.
