We have several specials this week that showcase a variety of unique ingredients and flavors. One is our salad special, Panzanella. Traditional Panzanella is a Tuscan chopped salad of bread, onions, and tomatoes, that's popular in the summer, throughout parts of central Italy. Our Panzanella features vine ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, toasted baguette, and basil, tossed in a red wine vinaigrette. Try it for just $10.

This Thursday is National IPA Day, a holiday that celebrates the beer known as India Pale Ale Beer. While the IPA is one of the most popular types of craft beers, it’s also making a resurgence with local microbreweries. Many are experiencing success as their brew finds its way into local restaurants and pubs. Here, we serve refreshing Scofflaw POG Basement IPA and Sweet Water 420 Pale Ale on Draft.
