Greetings, dearest diners. Welcome to London, in the year 1815. A simpler, yet brutal, time. A time when ones standing in society meant everything. One was either accepted or shunned. The most powerful individual in the land is the Queen! It is time for her to choose her “diamond” of the season--London’s most incomparable debutante!
The young and accomplished Darlene Gunnerton is a strong contender for that enviable position. However, the competition is cut-throat. Many would like to see Darlene eliminated one way... or another.
At the same time, the crème de la crème of England’s’ Coachmen vie for the chance to convey the season’s “diamond” to all her events. The best Coachmen from around the country will attend Viscount “Viper” Gunnerton’s Carriage School. Only one coachman and his trusty footman will earn the top spot. But their competition is also cut-throat, and these candidates too, may soon be eliminated one way... or another.
Will Darlene be able to achieve her goal and not shame herself or her family?
When all is said and done, who will be TOPGunnerton??? Find out by attending Murder, Mystery and Mayhem at Petite Violette! A life may depend on it.

“The Pearl Fishers (in French, Les pêcheurs de perles) is an opera in three acts, by the composer Georges Bizet. First performed in 1863, The Pearl Fishers is set in ancient times on the island of Ceylon and describes a moving tale of friendship tested by love. The famous friendship duet (‘Au fond du temple saint’), performed by two of the central characters, Zurga and Nadir, is one of opera’s most famous and instantly recognizable arias.”
Dinner and a Diva: Les pêcheurs de perles is sponsored by Boni Wendel.
