Wild game festival menu
Is your resolution to be more adventurous this year? Well, set your taste buds up for something special! Back by popular demand, is our Wild Game Festival Menu. The menu is served every evening, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., starting Friday, January 25 through Saturday, February 2. This limited-time dining event features a variety of exciting proteins. Try our Venison Three Ways appetizer and entrees including Antelope and Venison Stroganoff, Roast Wild Boar and Roast Cornish Game Hen. Prices Range from $14.95 to $29.95. Make reservations now for a special Valentine’s Day Menu on Thursday, February 14th, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The romantic five-course meal costs $79.95 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and offers a choice of each of premium hors d’oeuvres, piping-hot soup, fresh salad, gourmet entrée, and decadent dessert. Grab your planning calendar, call us and make your reservations for an evening of live entertainment and a wonderful fixed-price, four-course dinner paired with wine, as we host our next installment of our popular Dinner and a Diva series on Tuesday evening, February 19. The show features highlights of Umberto Giordano’s Andrea Chénier.
In addition to being musically transported to the opera hall for the evening, you will be treated to a dinner that includes a sampling of premium hors d' oeuvres, fresh salad, choice of two gourmet entrees, decadent dessert, hot coffee/tea, and two glasses of fine wine, all for only $65 per person (tax included; gratuity separate).
Dinner and a Diva evenings begin at 6:15 p.m. with a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres reception; dinner and performance start promptly at 7 p.m. If audience interest is this program is high, a second evening is often added, normally the Thursday evening immediately following the Tuesday evening performance. Enjoy some complimentary, light live music, during dinner with us, Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 6:30 till 8:30p.m.
The acclaimed Brazilian Gypsy Guitarist Ednaldo Queiroz will be performing for us every Wednesday.
On Thursdays, we have an acoustic duo featuring Berne Poliakoff on vocals and Dan Coy on guitar.
Fridays, join us for a swinging soirée with the Dan Coy Trio. Jazz guitar master, Dan Coy, leads a unique, acoustic instrumental group which specializes in Parisian-style jazz standards, Django Reinhardt songs, romantic ballads, and waltzes. The accordion, guitar & bass trio authentically reproduces the ambiance of a French bistro for your dining experience. Let the music transport you and bon appétit!
Saturday night it's the solo stylings of Berne Poliakoff accompanied by her guitar. Enjoy this live music with dinner and drinks in the dining room or sips and snacks at the bar. There's something for everyone, and we welcome requests!
Scratch cuisine food truck
Our Scratch Cuisine Food Truck will bring mobile food to the masses! Our made-to-order, fresh entrees usually range in price from $7-$12 and include items like Angus Bacon Cheddar Burgers, Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches, Risotto Fritters with Chevre Cheese, Pork Carnitas Tacos with Arbol Sauce, Black Forest Sandwiches, Club Paninis, Caprese Salads, Charcuterie and Cheese, Cobb Salads, and more.

Every third Tuesday of the month (with some additional dates), we host our popular dining event series Dinner and a Diva. This special evening out includes a four-course gourmet dinner served with fine wine and accompanied by some first-class entertainment from the one and only Capitol City Opera company.
Each month features works from a different composer.
